A free scoping call
30 minutes, with no obligation. We look at your site, your goals and how many hotspots you need. You receive a quote within 2 business days.
The script
We draft a first version in our planning tool. You add the places, explainers and interviews, and decide what is accessible and what stays out of shot. The price is fixed once the script is approved.
The shoot days
You schedule them yourself, at times that suit each department. We film while work carries on; you give the safety briefing and provide an escort.
The tour online
On a dedicated subdomain with a button, link or embed on your website, or as a handover package. From signing to delivery takes 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the package.

Yes. You decide which areas are accessible and tell us beforehand what must stay out of shot, patients included. Sensitive areas go only into the internal tour for your own staff, or are left out altogether.
No. The tour runs in the browser on any device: a phone, a tablet or a computer. It sits on your website behind a button, link or embed, so you can also share the link wherever patients look for information.
Yes. Texts, photos and videos can be changed and dots added at any time, from existing material or material you supply. New 360° shots, of a place that has changed or one you want to add, are agreed separately.
