Oleon: 23 locations in one tour
Oleon produces oleochemicals across several sites. For their site in Ertvelde we captured 23 locations, from the installations and the control room to the lab, with more than 70 dots: photodots with extra information, videodots in which Oleon's own people explain the processes, and QR codes linking to relevant pages on their website.

What manufacturers ask us
No, we film while production runs. You schedule each place for when it suits, not during a shift change for example, and who comes along. If safety is ever at risk, we stop the shoot at once.
Yes. You decide which areas are accessible and tell us beforehand which installations, processes or documents must stay out of shot. Places that must not be shown outside go only into the internal tour for your own staff, or are left out altogether.
From signing to delivery, allow 6 to 12 weeks depending on the package: the script, the shoot, the editing and the integration on your website. You schedule the shoot days yourself in our easy-to-use planning tool. For Oleon, with 23 locations, we were on site for two days.
It depends on the number of hotspots, meaning the 360° panoramas you can walk through in the tour: our packages run from 6 to 30, and above that we work to order. Once you've chosen a package, you receive a quote. The final price is fixed once the script is approved, before the shoot days, and any surcharges are set out in the quote beforehand.
