Employer branding and recruitment

Show candidates your workplace, before they apply

A job ad describes the job. A virtual tour shows where it happens: the shop floor, the colleagues and the atmosphere. Candidates walk through your company from their browser and know what they are signing up for.

Why it works

An employer you can see

Technical and industrial candidates often choose between several employers. The one that shows what the work is really like stands out.

Candidates know what they are signing up for

They see the department, the machines and the surroundings before the first interview. Whoever applies then does so with an accurate picture of the job.

Your colleagues tell the story

Short interviews with employees inside the tour: what they do, what they enjoy and what a day looks like. That convinces more than a slogan.

One link, usable everywhere

On your careers page, in every job ad, on LinkedIn, as a QR code at a job fair, or during the interview itself.

Your site open, even when visits are not

Showing people round a production site takes time and comes with strict safety rules. With a virtual tour, anyone can look inside, whenever it suits them.

What the tour contains

More than 360° photos

The places you choose, in 360°

Production, the lab, the offices or the canteen: you choose which places go in. Candidates look around and click from one location to the next.

An aerial view of your site

A drone photo of your whole site as the starting point, so it is clear at once how big it is and where everything is.

Explainers and video where it counts

Dots with text, photos and video: what happens at a place, which jobs belong to it and who works there, with short interviews with your colleagues.

A public and an internal tour

A public tour for candidates, with an option for an internal tour for your own staff, for onboarding and training, say.

How to use it

From job ad to first day

  1. On your careers page

The tour sits at the top of your jobs page. Anyone browsing your vacancies can look inside straight away.

  2. In every job ad and on LinkedIn

A link or a short clip from the tour makes a vacancy more concrete than text alone.

  3. At job fairs and schools

A QR code on your stand or in your presentation: students and candidates take your company home with them.

  4. During the interview

Show the department someone would work in, even when a walk round is not possible at that moment.

  5. During onboarding

New starters explore the site before their first day, and find their way sooner.

Questions

What you want to know

After signing, we draft a first version of the script in our planning tool. You add which places and interviews go in, and easily schedule the shoot days in the same tool; we confirm them. From signing to delivery, allow 6 to 12 weeks depending on the package.

Only those who want to. You choose who speaks in an interview. Anyone who appears recognisably gives written consent beforehand on a form we provide, in line with the GDPR, and anyone who happens to walk into shot is blurred on request.

Yes, in two ways. We put the tour online on a subdomain of its own and place a button, link or embed on your website, on your careers page for instance. Or you get a handover package and publish it yourself. Either way we work it out with your web developer.

It depends on the number of hotspots, meaning the 360° panoramas you can walk through in the tour: our packages run from 6 to 30, and above that we work to order. Once you've chosen a package, you receive a quote. The final price is fixed once the script is approved, before the shoot days, and any surcharges are set out in the quote beforehand.
